In a supportive and calm environment, you will be led through specific breathing patterns, that can help release stress, improve focus, and boost energy. Breathwork may include techniques like deep diaphragmatic breathing and rhythmic breathing, each aimed at creating a sense of inner calm and self awareness. The class encourages relaxation and self reflection offering a powerful way to release emotional blockage, increase mindfulness, and cultivate resilience.
