Using only a mat, small props, light weights, and your body, each movement emphasizes precise control and alignment. Suitable for all fitness levels, as it offers a low impact yet challenging workout that enhances body awareness and stability.
Reformer Pilates is a dynamic equipment-based workout that uses the pilates reformer - a specialized machine with a sliding carriage, springs, and straps. The reformer adds resistance and support to traditional pilates exercises, allowing for a full body workout that improves strength, flexibility and alignment. Movements focused on controlled flowing motions that engage the core, tone muscles, and improve posture.
Pilates can be modified for rehabilitation or amplified for advanced conditioning making it an adaptable low impact workout with a deep emphasis on form and precision.
